Efficient, professional, personalized care. I first went to urgent care for an inflamed eyelid and was prescribed two meds. Five days later and no improvement, I called Chittick and they saw me the same day in Savoy. My eye issue was correctly diagnosed and treated, and my eye is on the mend. Since this was a medical visit (not for new glasses,) they were able to bill my health insurance. My co-pay was less $ than those two wasted prescriptions. Note to self: I’ll call Chittick’s first the next time I have an eye problem.

An amazing team of doctors and eye clinicians. I have a somewhat challenging situation with my eyes and the time and dedication are so good! Thank you for all you do! The positive energy of the staff working there, from the receptionist to the glasses area, is felt!

This place is great! Customer service? Outstanding! I noticed the place was very clean as well with a homey feeling. The last eye doctor I went to I had to wait 3 months to get new glasses. Here at Chittick, my glasses came less than a week after I ordered them! And my glasses came with glasses cleaner!

Everyone here is so polite and caring. They make you feel welcome. The doctors and nurses take their time with you and you never feel like they’re rushing things. They take time to explain everything. You never feel out of the loop!

Wonderful place! Can’t say enough about the doctor and all the staff. You’re not supposed to have fun picking out glasses, but we sure did!
